Although Salco commits itself in reasonable terms to ensure that the information available on the site is accurate and constantly updated, Salco does not recognize any guarantee of correctness, completeness, accuracy or topicality of the information on the Site, including for example product descriptions, prices and / or availability indications that are present on the Site. The fact that certain products or services are included on the Site does not imply any guarantee as to the possibility of being able to use such services or to be able to purchase such products through the Site at a given time and / or regarding their availability in this circumstance. We have made our best efforts to ensure that the appearance, and in particular the colors, of our products on the Site is displayed in the most realistic possible way. However, the appearance and colors actually displayed depend on the settings of your computer and Salco can not guarantee that your computer will display our colors correctly. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions of sale govern all sales contracts of Salco products concluded through the website www.salcoitalia.it which is registered and managed by MVL S.r.l – Via G. Carducci, 6 – 50053 Empoli FI – Italy.
It is understood that the execution of the purchase order through the website www.salcoitalia.it implies total and absolute knowledge of these general conditions of sale, which form an integral and substantial part of these premises, and their full acceptance.
Order of products
Orders can only be placed directly by adult persons and who are not in conditions of legal incapacity.
In any case, it is still necessary to provide Salco with a valid e-mail address to which it will forward to the client all the mandatory information, as well as the communications provided for in these general conditions or in any case concerning the order.
Although Salco takes measures to ensure that the photographs shown on the Site are faithful reproductions of the original products, some variations are always possible due to the technical characteristics and the color resolution characteristics of the computer used by the Customer.
Consequently, Salco is not responsible for the inadequacy of the graphic representations of products shown on the Site if due to the aforementioned technical reasons.
Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties, while transport costs are not included. The price of each product is indicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the contract. All prices are in Euro and include VAT.
Conclusion of the order
The purchase procedure ends when the Customer confirms the order. Upon confirmation, the order is sent directly to Salco.
The customer can correct the order before the conclusion of the same or give up the order, leaving the site without having concluded any order.
The order issued by the Customer is considered binding for Salco only when the entire purchase procedure has been completed correctly and correctly, without any indication of error on the part of the Website.
The contract stipulated between Salco and the Customer must therefore be considered concluded when the Customer receives confirmation from Salco at the e-mail indicated that the purchase order, sent in compliance with the purchase procedure, has been successful end. In any case, Salco reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received and not to accept purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of products. In this case, Salco informs the Customer that the contract has not been concluded and that the same has not followed the purchase order, specifying the reasons. This communication is made within 30 days from the day following the one in which the Customer has sent the order to Salco which provides for the reimbursement of any sums already paid by the Customer in relation to the same.
The customer receives the e-mail address indicated, after the conclusion of the contract, the written confirmation of the order made, with information on the number and date of purchase, the product ordered, its price, the amount paid , with indication of the times and methods for, the return of the property, the geographical address to present any complaints, information on assistance services, on existing legal and commercial guarantees and on the possibility of possibly using out-of-court complaint mechanisms and appeal.
Terms of payment
Payment by the Customer can be made using one of the payment methods indicated on the order form.
In the case of payment by credit card, the charge on the credit card of the Customer occurs at the time of preparation of the order for shipment.
At the end of the payment, the Customer confirms through the website www.salcoitalia.it to be the holder of the indicated credit card and that the name of the aforementioned card is his; then communicate the number, expiration date and security code indicated on the credit card. At the time of conclusion of the order, the customer’s bank may be asked to confirm that the data entered is valid and that the credit card used has not been reported as lost or stolen. The validity of the Client’s card could be confirmed through an authorization to pay 1 Euro. This authorization is not a charge. In fact, Salco does not charge your credit card until the ordered items are prepared for shipping.
In the event that, for any reason, the debit of the amounts due by the Customer does not occur, the sales process is automatically canceled and the sale automatically canceled.
In any case, for any information regarding the delivery, the Customer can call or send an e-mail to Customer Service. The delivery of the products is made to the address indicated by the Customer only after the regular registration of the payment of the related order. Salco executes the order of the products no later than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, upon receipt of the purchase price, unless Salco does not communicate, within the same term, the non-acceptance of the order.
The Customer has the possibility to use the following methods of delivery:
Ordinary service with SDA: delivery is made within 4-6 working days
Pick up service at the Salco office. Pick up can be done within 2-3 working days.
Returns and Refunds – Withdrawal
Pursuant to section 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206 dated 6 September 2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21 dated 21.02.14 (the “Consumer Code”), the Customer may cancel the order within 14 days without reason, or the application of charges or fines.
To exercise this right, the Customer should forward written notice of cancellation toSALCO within 14 working days from receipt of the goods .
Upon receipt of the notice of cancellation, Upon receipt of the notice of cancellation, SALCO Customer Service will immediately forward instructions to the customer on how to return the goods. The Customer should return the Product/s without delay and in any case within no more than fourteen days from the date on which it informs the seller of its intention to cancel the order.
The shipping costs incurred to return the Product will be paid by the Customer.
Once the return code has been received, the Customer will book the collection by contacting SDA and will have to affix the pre-printed label for the return on the package.
- The products must be returned complete with all the original packaging (boxes, accessories, tags, protections, leaflets, etc);
- The products must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase;
- The products returned by the Customer must not have been damaged, used, worn, washed, but may have been manipulated and inspected to establish their nature and characteristics;
- The identification tag must still be attached to the products;
- The damaged products subject to the return must be returned as received by the Customer, without the Customer submitting them to modifications, manipulations or attempts to repair them.
If the returned products do not have these characteristics, Salco reserves the right to refuse the return.
Salco reimburses such payments when it receives the returned product or when the Customer proves to have sent back the returned goods directly to Salco. The reimbursement is made by crediting the customer’s current account corresponding to the credit card used by the customer for payment or via PayPal service. This reimbursement does not involve any cost for the customer.
Competent Court and Applicable Law
The forum applicable to sales contracts concluded through the site www.salcoitalia.it is that of the place of residence or domicile of the customer. For the resolution of disputes it is possible to resort to the mediation procedures provided for by Legislative Decree 4 March 2010, n. 28. For any other controversy the Court of Florence will have jurisdiction.
